Lynn Hagag values your privacy and is committed to protecting and preserving the personal information (as defined below) provided to her through our websites and additional digital assets (hereinafter: "the Site"), or collected by us during your use of the Site or in the context of your engagement with us for the purchase of our products and the provision of the accompanying installation and support services (hereinafter: "the Products and Services").
This Privacy Policy describes how we use personal information relating to you. We undertake not to transfer customer details to any third party. The purposes for which personal information is collected, the parties with whom we share such information, and the rights available to you under law in connection with the personal information relating to you that is processed by us (hereinafter: "the Policy").
By using the Sites and/or by providing personal information about yourself in the course of engaging with us for the supply of Products and Services, you agree that we may collect, store and use personal information about you in accordance with the terms of this Policy. It is clarified that you are not legally obligated to provide personal information. However, failure to provide personal information may prevent us from completing the transaction with you for the purchase of Products and Services, make it difficult to provide services to you, and prevent the delivery of products to you, and we may also be unable to offer you the full scope of use of the Sites — for example, we may not be able to contact you or respond to your inquiry on any matter.
2. Personal Information
Personal information is any information collected by us and/or provided to us by you and/or anyone on your behalf, by which you (or another person) can be reasonably identified, including but not limited to: first name, last name, ID number, residential address, email address, phone/mobile number, and the like, as well as any inquiry content and additional information provided to us or collected during any correspondence between you and the company.
When you use the Sites, the company collects information about users of the Sites. Some of the information collected does not personally identify you and is not stored together with your personal details for example, the pages you viewed; offers and services that interested you; the IP address from which you browsed the Sites; cookies and more.
We ask you to provide us with, and we ourselves collect, only the information necessary for the purposes set out below in this Policy.
3. Aggregate Information
We may collect, use and share aggregate data, such as statistical data using standard analytics tools, in order to learn how you and other users interact with the Sites, and to support our activities and operations.
Aggregate data may be derived from personal information but is not considered personal information under applicable law, as such data will not directly or indirectly reveal your identity. For example, we may aggregate your usage data and that of other users to calculate the number of users of a particular feature on the Sites.
However, if we combine aggregate data with personal data relating to you such that the combined data can directly or indirectly identify you, we will treat the combined data as personal data which will fall within the scope of this Policy. We use Google Analytics tools which place cookies on your device that are controlled and managed by Google. Google Analytics operates plugins that allow you to opt out of having your data collected by installing a browser add-on, such as the Google Analytics Opt-Out Browser Add-on.
4. Use of Cookies
Cookies are tiny pieces of information stored in the user's browser on the Sites. The Sites use cookies for their ongoing and proper operation, to customize them to users' personal preferences, to identify registered users, to monitor and analyze performance, to collect statistical data about the use of the Sites, to verify secure use of the Site, to authenticate details, and more.
When you submit data via an online form, a "Contact Us" page, or other means of communication, cookie settings may store the relevant information for future correspondence.
If you do not agree to the use of cookies, you may avoid this by changing your browser settings. To do so, please refer to your browser's help file. However, disabling cookies may result in your being unable to use some of the services and features of the Sites. Since in most cases there are no options that allow blocking cookies without completely disabling the functionality and features they add to the Sites, it is recommended to leave them enabled when using the Sites — though, as stated, the choice is yours.
In addition, you may delete cookies from your device at any time. It is suggested that you do so only if you are certain you do not wish the Sites to be customized to your personal preferences, and if you do not wish the Sites to recognize you on repeat visits to pages that require registration.
5. Purposes of Use of Personal Information
Lynn Hagag will use personal information only in accordance with this Policy and in accordance with the provisions of the Privacy Protection Law, 5741-1981 (hereinafter: "the Law") and the regulations enacted thereunder. The company will use personal information for the following purposes:
- To provide you with the Products and Services;
- To enable you to use the Sites;
- For customer service, handling of inquiries, complaints, and malfunctions, and in order to respond to questions and stay in contact with you;
- To offer you membership in its customer club;
- To provide support and service and to respond to any question or complaint;
- To send you information and updates about the Products and Services ("direct mail"), as well as marketing and promotional content;
- To fulfill a requirement under applicable law and to assist any relevant authority or third party, in cases where we believe in good faith that we are obligated to do so.
6. Transfer of Information to Third Parties
We will not transfer personal information relating to you to third parties without your consent, except in the following cases:
· To the extent required for the proper operation of the Sites and the content offered therein, or for the provision of our Products and Services, we will share your personal information with various service providers;
· If required by a court order, a request from a regulatory authority, or in accordance with applicable law, subject to attorney-client privilege;
· In the event of legal proceedings between you and the company based on actions taken by you, or in the context of any dispute, claim, or demand, if any, between you and the company;
· If we merge with another entity, or merge a particular activity of the company with the activity of another party — provided that the other party accepts the provisions of this Policy.
7. Transfer of Information Outside of Israel
Lynn Hajaj may transfer personal information about you outside the jurisdiction of Israel and/or the European Union, including for cloud storage purposes. The privacy protection laws in the jurisdiction to which the personal information is transferred may not be as comprehensive as those applicable in Israel and the European Union, and in such a case the company will take appropriate steps to ensure a similar level of protection for personal information about you.
8. Information Security
Lynn Hagag implements up-to-date information security systems, applications, and procedures on the Sites, designed to minimize the risks of theft, loss, or unauthorized access to personal information, in accordance with the provisions of the law.
While these information security systems and procedures reduce the risks of unauthorized access to personal information, they do not provide absolute security. The company cannot guarantee and does not undertake that personal information will be fully protected against unauthorized intrusions and unauthorized use of personal information. Therefore, you will have no claim, demand, or legal action against the company or anyone on its behalf as a result of unauthorized intrusions and/or disclosure and/or use of personal information resulting from such unauthorized intrusions.
9. Your Rights Regarding Personal Information
At any time, you may contact us and request access to the personal information we hold about you. We will ask you to provide certain confirmations to verify your identity. If you find that personal information stored about you is incorrect, incomplete, unclear, or not up to date, you may contact us and send us a detailed request to correct or delete the information. 10. Retention and Deletion of Personal Information
We retain different types of personal information for different periods, in accordance with the purposes set out in this Policy and in accordance with legal requirements. We will delete or anonymize personal information when there is no further need to process it. We will retain indefinitely aggregate data that cannot be identified. In any case, for as long as you use the Sites or are our customer, we will retain personal information about you, unless applicable law requires us to delete it. It is clarified that the deletion of personal information, where necessary, is not immediate. It may take some time until residual copies of personal information are completely deleted from the active servers and backup systems of the Sites and/or from the information systems of the group.
11. Direct Mail and Receipt of Promotional Material
Lynn Hajaj shall be entitled to use the identifying details it holds about you in order to contact/send you information regarding its products and services as well as marketing and promotional content. Such contact may be made through any means of communication the company deems appropriate, including by mail, email, landline phone, mobile phone, SMS messages, social network messages, and additional means.
Such information will be sent to you only if you have given your explicit consent, and you may, at the time of providing your personal details, choose not to receive marketing information, or withdraw your consent and stop receiving such information at any time, in the manner indicated on the Site and/or in the mailing, as applicable.
12. Changes to the Privacy Policy
We will update this Policy from time to time. The binding version of the Policy is the current version displayed on the Sites, and you accept and agree to the Privacy Policy in its entirety. If we make material changes to this Policy, an appropriate notice will be published on the homepage of the Site at least thirty (30) days in advance. If we make non-material changes to the Policy, an appropriate notice will be published on the homepage of the Site at least seven (7) days in advance. To the extent that changes are made in accordance with the law or a requirement of a relevant authority, such changes will take effect pursuant to the law or requirement as mentioned above. If you do not agree to the updated Privacy Policy, you are entitled to stop using the Sites and/or consuming the Products and Services.
