The customer is entitled to cancel a transaction within 14 days of receiving the product, in accordance with the Consumer Protection Law. The cancellation will be carried out by returning the product in new, unused condition, and in its original packaging.

Cancellation of a transaction after the product has been sent or received will be accompanied by cancellation fees as permitted by law, as well as return shipping fees - except in the case of a defect, non-conformity or misrepresentation, in which case no cancellation fees will be charged.

The customer will be entitled to cancel the transaction within 14 days from the date of receipt of the product or from the date of receipt of a document containing the details of the transaction, whichever is later, in accordance with and subject to the provisions of any law, including the provisions of the Consumer Protection Law, 5741 - 1981 and the regulations thereunder.
